Easy to Install
LP® WeatherBest® decking looks like wood, but has superior weathering qualities compared to wood. It cuts, drills, and installs just like wood — no special tools required! And it resists splitting, checking, and splintering. Plus it has no knots to fall out!

Installation Tips
Carbide-tip blades with two teeth per inch work well for installing LP WeatherBest products.
We recommend using #8 x 2 1/2’ screws with countersink-type heads.
Although not required — except for railing installations — pre-drilling holes provides a more attractive installation. Screws should be a minimum of 1 inch from ends.
LP WeatherBest Deep Grain decking is a single side board and should be installed with the embossed, wood-grain side up.
Please Note: LP WeatherBest decking should not be used as a structural component. Consult with state and local authorities in your area regarding building codes and regulations.
