Wood-E
® Design software is a structural design program for analyzing LP
® I-Joists and LP LVL beams. It enables the designer to analyze complex loads, and multiple span and cantilwever configurations as well as many other conditions, all with in-house convenience. The graphic interface and Windows environment makes Wood-E Design software easy to install, learn, and use. Wood-E Design analyzes LP LVL beams and LP I-Joists for a varietdoy of roof and floor applications.

• The exact error or behavior that you are seeing.
• Your phone number (This will be used to contact you for additional information, if necessary)
• Type and version of your web browser (i.e. Explorer 5.0, Netscape 6, etc.)
• Type and version of your email program (i.e. Eudora, Outlook 2000, etc.)
• Your Operating System (Please include installed Service Pack information, if known.)
The latest version of Wood-E Design, Version 2007.1, is now available for download. The key for installation will be automatically generated when you register to download the software.
All Wood-E Design users should download the newest version.

We are pleased to announce that version 2007.1 of Wood-E Design is now available for download from the LP website.
This version is to be used for all designs as of this date, and will be effective until
12/31/2008.
The new release builds on the solid foundation of the continually upgraded Wood-E Design program and incorporates the following changes and updates:

- ASCE/SEI 7-05, "Minimum Design Loads for Building and Other Structures"
- NSI/AFPA NDS-2005, "National Design Specification for Wood Construction"
- Updated approval numbers for LP products
- ICBO renamed UBC '97
- ICC renamed IBC
- BOCA and SBCCI removed (use IBC)
- CCMC renamed to NBC '05

- LPI 36A to LPI 36
Configuration section
- “Roof and Floor” beams, may specify wall weight directly
- All beams, may specify span carried as continuous
- Unbraced length for top and bottom edges may be specified
