the installation.

Warranty Transfer Card must be completed
by the new owner and returned to Correct
Building Products, LLC within 30 days
of the date of the sale of the building,
along with a transfer fee of fifty
dollars ($50), payable to Correct
Building LLC.
Place completed card and transfer
fee in an envelope and mail to:
