Job Description
|
The Technical Service Representative assists in the day to day
management of quality concerns raised by customers using our products.

-
Work with our internal software to log in, manage and resolve consumer concerns
-
Work closely with our distributors to facilitate the resolution of open claims
-
Manage the collection of data, film and correspondence necessary to determine a
resolution for a claim
-
Work with internal customers to help identify potential reoccurring consumer
concerns
-
Respond daily to all of our incoming questions via website
-
Coordinate the development of a technical service bulletin for all known
consumer concerns
-
Prepare a monthly warranty summary and monitor trends
-
Keep our problem solving matrix current of all known consumer concerns
-
Develop alternatives to improve the handling of our seasonal phone traffic
demand
-
Assist with Trade Shows
-
Travel to jobsites a must, some overnight stays will be required.
-
Back-up for general customer service activities

Job Requirements

Demonstrate prior building experience along with customer service in the
building industry.

Strong attention to detail.

Demonstrate problem solving skills

Self starter with ability to work independently and prioritize workflow

Capable of multi-tasking of calls, emails and correspondence with customers.

Excellent phone skills and ability to work to turn unsatisfied customers into
satisfied customers within corporate guidelines.
